For a multi-storey residential building of this scale, the facade finish had to combine low weight, precise geometry and long-term durability. KORDEKO Tender Rock flexible cladding is used on large surfaces, corner sections and around the intricate bay windows, creating a unified, light stone appearance.
The vertical rows of glazing visually elongate the building, while the cladding in a neutral shade highlights the architectural bands, the cornices between levels and the corner rustication. The material easily adapts to the numerous openings and projecting elements, keeping the facade lines straight and neat even at great height.
Weighing approximately 4 kg/m², it reduces the load on the substrate compared to natural stone or heavy ceramics. The reinforcing membrane ensures stable fixing, while the mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, frost, UV and temperature fluctuations — giving the building's massive volume a brighter, more coherent expression across the entire facade.
