Germany — private house facade clad in flexible panels

Area:200 m²
Year:2021

Tall volumes, simple lines, contemporary architecture — and a light-coloured cladding that visually ties together all sections of the building, including the lower area and the recessed surfaces, without fragmenting the facade. KORDEKO Butcher White flexible cladding highlights the silhouette of the house and creates a calm appearance that suits a site surrounded by greenery.

A facade like this calls for a material that installs correctly at varying heights, around window openings, on edges and in areas where planes change — precisely the advantage of flexible cladding: it adjusts easily, maintains the geometry and allows for clean detailing. The reduced thickness and weight of approximately 4 kg/m² limit the load on the substrate, making the system more efficient than heavy stone cladding.

The mineral-polymer composition resists moisture, frost, UV and temperature fluctuations, so the facade stays durable and well protected over the long term without requiring any special maintenance.
