The facade composition is based on a clear separation: a light upper section and a dark plinth that visually "anchors" the building. KORDEKO Slate Beige flexible cladding covers the main walls, the gable, the entrance gallery and the spaces between the columns, with an even horizontal layout that highlights the white cornices and window surrounds.
The covered terrace area was the most interesting part technically — the material continues onto the interior walls, into the corners and around the columns, without any visual interruption. Its low thickness allowed precise connections at windows, doors and steps, without altering the proportions of the decorative elements. The substrate was levelled and primed before installation, and for the exterior a frost-resistant adhesive based on white cement was used to suit the light shade.
The dark cladding on the plinth protects the area most exposed to water and dirt, while the whole remains coherent, orderly and easy to maintain.
