Flexible stone tiles – private house at Telecentre
The symmetry of this house is emphasised by the contrast between the light KORDEKO Slate White cladding and the darker inserts in KORDEKO Volcanic Anthracite, used mainly on the lower level, around the garage doors, and on some vertical elements of the upper floor. The bright surfaces visually widen the building, while the dark accents highlight the central axis, the balconies, and the structural lines.
The most demanding part of the work was fitting the material around the large openings, windows, corners, and junctions with the metal railings — the reduced thickness of the panels made it possible to preserve the architectural proportions without visually overloading the substrate. Installation was carried out on a stable, levelled, and primed base, using frost-resistant facade adhesive; a white cement-based formula was chosen for the light surfaces.
The reinforcing mesh ensures reliable adhesion, while the mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, UV, and temperature fluctuations — the facade stays crisp and visually well defined for years to come.
