KORDEKO flexible cladding is applied across the extensive surfaces, in the corner zones and around the glazed bay windows, unifying the whole composition in a light mineral texture.
The vertical rows of windows accentuate the building's height, and the calm shade brings out the cornices between levels, the window surrounds and the corner rustication. The material adjusts easily around the many openings and projecting elements, which keeps the lines precise even on very tall facades.
The weight of about 4 kg/m² reduces the load on the base compared with natural stone or heavy ceramics. The reinforcing membrane contributes to stable adhesion, and the mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, frost, UV radiation and temperature swings. In the end, the massive volume takes on a lighter, more elegant and coherent expression across the entire exterior.
