Flexible stone tiles for façades — house in Primaverii

Area:260 m²
Year:2025

The façade of this house is arranged in two registers: the light-coloured section, with a relief resembling dressed stone, and the lower level, clad in KORDEKO Grey Cold Rock in a larger format. Separating the two zones emphasises the height of the building while also marking the area closest to the walkways, ground and moisture.

The work required precision at the external corner, around the windows, utility boxes, pipes and decorative bands. The material can be cut to the actual dimensions of each section, allowing the installations to be integrated without an untidy break in the cladding. The substrate was cleaned, levelled and primed before installation; a white cement-based adhesive was recommended for the light-coloured areas, and a grey cement-based formula for the dark ones.

The mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, frost and UV. As a result, the lower level is better protected, and the building as a whole takes on a clear, balanced appearance.
