In this project, KORDEKO flexible cladding is used to finish a long fence that continues the contemporary style of the house and clearly defines the property line. The graphite texture harmonises with the white volumes of the building, the black metal elements and the warm wood-look inserts. Subtle variations in shade give the surface depth and prevent the impression of a uniform, monotonous wall.
For exterior fences, preparing the substrate is essential, since the surface is permanently exposed to rain, sun and seasonal temperature changes. The base must be levelled, cleaned and primed, after which the panels are fixed with frost-resistant facade adhesive. A regular layout and precise trimming at the edges help maintain a clean horizontal line.
The low weight does not overload the fence structure, while the mineral-polymer composition provides resistance to moisture, frost and UV radiation. The dark shade is also practical, as it better conceals dust and dirt from the surrounding environment.
