Flexible facade cladding — Crema De la Crema
The contrast between the light textured cladding KORDEKO El Arabia and the warm vertical insertions in KORDEKO Mont Blanc gives this facade extra depth and brings out the building's unusual geometry. The material is applied to the large surfaces, the rounded corner volume and around the narrow windows — the main shade visually reduces the building's mass, while the warmer accents, placed near the downpipes and along certain architectural axes, elegantly break up the uniformity.
The curved wall, the external edges, the narrow mullions and the junctions with technical elements were the most demanding zones. The material's flexibility allows the radius to be followed without excessive fragmentation, and the low thickness helps achieve clean joints with the sills, the roof and the decorative insertions.
The base was cleaned, levelled and primed, and for the light finishes a frost-resistant exterior adhesive based on white cement was used. The cladding keeps its texture and shade under moisture, cold and UV, giving the building a coherent appearance from every angle.
