The light-coloured KORDEKO Tender Rock cladding highlights the classic architecture of this house, with its gable, columns and deep window reveals. The material covers the main surfaces and continues neatly around the openings, maintaining the same mineral pattern across all planes — the dark joinery, the roof and the plinth create the necessary contrast, through which the light-coloured façade retains its depth.
The large number of decorative details called for very precise fitting of the material: the panels are easy to cut directly on site and can be joined accurately to cornices, pilasters, columns and window sills. The entrance area, the external corners and the surfaces beneath the canopy required uniform pressing and careful checking of the installation lines.
For the light-coloured finish, a frost-resistant façade adhesive based on white cement was used, applied to a levelled, cleaned and primed substrate. The low weight limits the load on the walls, while resistance to moisture, frost and UV helps maintain a clean, uniform appearance.
