The warm, stone-beige shade of KORDEKO Tender Rock cladding gives this house a calm, balanced look that suits classic residential architecture. The material is laid in an elongated format with regular horizontal joints, which visually organises the façade and emphasises its proportions — subtle variations in tone reproduce the natural appearance of stone and harmonise with the reddish roof, the dark timber elements and the metal balcony railing.

The work required careful adaptation of the material around the windows, at the corners, beneath the eaves and in the balcony area. The panels are easy to cut to the required size, allowing clean junctions without bulky trim pieces. The substrate must be stable, level, cleaned and primed; for this light shade, a white cement-based adhesive is recommended.

The low weight limits the load on the walls, while the flexibility of the material helps the finish withstand minor movements of the substrate. Resistance to rain, frost and UV keeps the façade even and expressive over time.
