Pletaflex flexible stone – private house in Telecentru
This contemporary house, with its simple volumes and minimalist architecture, received a complete cladding in KORDEKO Butcher White. The light texture, with its stone appearance, highlights the building's clean lines, visually enlarges the surfaces and creates an elegant contrast with the black window frames, the doors and the dark paving around it.
The large-format installation forms a uniform, balanced surface without excessive decorativeness. The cladding is applied both to the main exterior walls and to the covered terrace area, on columns, corners and sheltered interior surfaces — thanks to its flexibility, the material precisely follows the geometry of the elements and allows clean transitions between different planes.
The reduced thickness and weight of approximately 4 kg/m² limit the load on the facade system. The mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, frost, UV and thermal variations, while the reinforcing membrane ensures secure adhesion. The result is a bright, unified and durable facade with a natural stone look.
