A dark plinth, a green roof and light-coloured walls — this carefully controlled contrast is the central idea behind the facade. KORDEKO Mont Blanc flexible cladding covers the main walls, the gables and the areas around the windows, creating a uniform mineral backdrop for the white columns and window surrounds, while the dark plinth clearly defines the base of the building and takes the first impact of moisture and dirt from the ground.
The project features many junctions — at the eaves, downpipes, window sills and edges — and this is precisely where the advantage of a thin, flexible material becomes clear: the architectural proportions remain intact, and corners and changes of plane are finished cleanly. For a light shade, a frost-resistant exterior adhesive based on white cement is the right choice, applied to a stable, primed substrate.
The mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, frost and UV, so the facade stays consistent and bright long after installation.
