Flexible facade panels — house in Buiucani
The contrast between the white surfaces and the areas clad in KORDEKO Royal Granite gives this building a clear architectural rhythm. The cladding is concentrated at the lower level and along the central vertical axis, where it emphasises the height of the structure and creates a solid visual base — the darker mineral texture chromatically continues the black joinery, while the white volumes and beige inserts keep the facade bright and balanced.
Installation required precise adjustments around the windows, technical niches, steps and areas with level differences. Thanks to its reduced thickness, the material covers edges and recesses without altering the designed proportions, and the panels are easily cut directly on site for an exact fit to the actual geometry.
A weight of approximately 4 kg/m² limits the load on the substrate — an important advantage across extensive surfaces. The mineral-polymer structure and the reinforcing membrane ensure stable fixing, while resistance to precipitation, frost and UV helps maintain the appearance of the facade over time.
