The warm, sandy shade of the KORDEKO El Arabia cladding visually softens the height of this house and helps the facade blend naturally into the surrounding garden. The material is applied to the main walls and the gable, where the calm layout emphasizes the vertical proportions without overloading the roof geometry. The cornices, columns and light profiles clearly outline the volumes, while the darker lower section defines the plinth.
The work demanded care around the narrow mullions, window sills, the balcony niche and the technical installations — the material cuts easily right on site, allowing precise fitting next to air-conditioning units, windows and decorative elements. The low thickness preserves the architectural proportions, and the light weight limits the load on the walls.
Before installation, the base was cleaned, levelled and primed, and for this light shade a frost-resistant exterior adhesive based on white cement was recommended. The finish gives the house a warm, stone-like appearance and lasting protection against precipitation, frost and UV.
