Private house in Telecentre — flexible stone facade
The pronounced relief of this cladding is the main decorative feature of the facade. KORDEKO Mont Blanc flexible panels, in a very light shade, reproduce the look of worked stone, while side lighting highlights the fine irregularities and the depth of the surface. Vertical pilasters, cornices between levels and window surrounds create a clear architectural rhythm without visually overloading the building.
Installation required precise adjustments between the decorative profiles and around the window openings — the material is easy to cut with a utility knife, which allows each panel to be adapted to the actual dimensions of the clad area. The reduced thickness preserves the proportions of the relief elements and avoids bulky transitions.
The substrate was prepared by cleaning, levelling and priming, and for the light-coloured cladding a frost-resistant exterior adhesive based on white cement was used, so that the final shade remains uniform. The mineral-polymer composition withstands moisture, UV and temperature variations, preserving the facade's texture over time.
