A modern private house with balanced volumes, cantilevered canopies and large windows. It was important to achieve the natural stone texture without weighing down the walls, and to add warm "wood" accents that are weather-resistant.
The contrast between the light "stone" facade and the warm wood-look accent planes gave the house architectural dynamics: the horizontal lines emphasised the number of storeys, while the dark inserts drew the composition together around the windows and terrace. The light "stone" volume visually makes the house taller and lighter. The dark inserts pull the composition together and highlight the private areas (terrace, bay window), creating a designer contrast.
Combining different KORDEKO collections ensures an exact match in thickness and adhesive technology — the seams and joints are clean. The result is the "expensive" look of natural materials
without heavy stone and without annual maintenance. The facade is ready for year-round use, withstands frost and summer heat, and the warm wood accents require no oil or varnish, unlike natural boards.
