The side elevation of this house looks larger and tidier thanks to the light-coloured cladding installed with staggered joints — a pattern that reproduces the rhythm of natural stone masonry without visually overloading the composition. KORDEKO Mont Blanc flexible cladding, with its subtle shade variations, blends well with the dark roof, the timber elements and the brown joinery, while the bay window gains a slimmer appearance.
The bay window edges, the external corners, the narrow piers between the windows and the junctions with the decorative bands required the most attention — the material is cut to follow the building's actual geometry, and its reduced thickness preserves the proportions of the cornices. Installation was carried out on a stable, levelled and primed substrate, using frost-resistant façade adhesive based on white cement for this light shade.
A darker band at the lower part marks the plinth and protects the area most exposed to moisture — the final finish remains discreet and well integrated into the architecture of the house.
